Wedding Day Management Packages
Wedding Day Management (Month-of) is designed for the couple who has planned their entire wedding but desires the service and management of a professional to finalize their wedding day details and to ensure a smooth running and relaxing wedding day.
Partial Day Packages start at $600.00
Full Day Packages start at $1,600.00
Both can be adjusted to fit your needs and budget.
Details include, but are not limited to the following:
- Unlimited email and phone correspondence with the coordinator.
- Create detailed comprehensive wedding week and wedding day timeline for both client and vendors.
- Review final preparations and set-up logistics one month prior to the wedding.
- Confirm with vendors, the location, time of delivery, and set-up logistics.
- Greet and direct vendors, oversee deliveries, set-ups, and decorations.
- Bridal Emergency Kit.
- Assist with set up and break down of ceremony and reception sites.
- Day of wedding coordination (up to 10 hours).
- Make sure everything runs smoothly the day of the event.
- Attend rehearsal and work with the Officiant to choreograph the ceremony, processional, and recessional.
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors at the end of the event.
